By accessing and using Inbox AI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Inbox AI is an AI-powered email management service that automatically triages, organizes, and prioritizes your Gmail inbox. The Service uses artificial intelligence to classify emails based on category, urgency, and required actions.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Have a valid Gmail account
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Gmail Access and Permissions

By using the Service, you grant Inbox AI permission to:

• Read your Gmail messages to perform classification
• Modify labels and organization of your emails
• Send emails on your behalf for features like receipt forwarding (if enabled)
• Receive push notifications when new emails arrive

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your Google Account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share your account with others
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

6. Subscription and Billing

The Service offers different subscription tiers with varying features and pricing. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Inbox AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Inbox AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption of OAuth tokens using Google Cloud KMS and secure storage in Firestore. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
